GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and organic law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights , the following clauses are put to the consideration of users of the LimiteZero Zipline:

FIRST. Use of images.

Due to the increase in technological means and the possibility that images of clients may appear in them, either individually or in groups during the performance of activities, we inform that since the right to one’s own image is recognized in article 18 of the Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one’s own image. Following the guidelines of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 and Law 3/2018 of December 5 LOPDGDD regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to data processing personal and the free circulation of these data, The management of our center requests consent to be able to publish or view the images in which they appear individually or in groups that may be made.

SECOND. Video surveillance.

It is reported that this company captures and collects images in order to guarantee the safety of workers, clients, users and all those who attend the company’s facilities.

That the information obtained and stored through the recording system will be used exclusively for the purposes of prevention, security and protection of people and property found in the establishment or facility subject to protection.

THIRD. Protection of personal data and its treatment.

As the data controller, we inform you that we collect your data for the purpose of maintaining, developing and managing the contractual relationship with our entity. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the requested service. We will keep your data for the time strictly necessary to respond to legal requirements. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, and the limitation or opposition to its processing through our email or tax address. Likewise, you could file a claim with the Control Authority at www.aepd.es.
