As it is a gift the date and time it will be used is not established.
You will have 6 months to set the day and time of your jump. Contact us by e-mail or by phone at least 72 hours before to arrange it.
If the weather means the zip line has to close on the day you have booked, we will let you know as early as possible and do our utmost to arrange another day in accordance with your schedule.
All bookings are charged in full at the moment they are made.
Bookings that are cancelled more than 72 hours in advance due to force majeure will be fully refunded.
Cancelled bookings less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded, although we will give you another date. You may change the time of your booking, providing that you do so with at least 72 hours prior notice.
